In March I financed a living room set. The first week of May I had not received any information from the finance company. I called the store and I was told it could take up to 45 days to receive payment information. I called Red Tag numerous times and was always told they would have to call me back. When I called and spoke to the finance company they informed me they had no record of my account or a credit approval. Finally at the END of June I reviewed a welcome letter from the finance company stating my payment was 30 dollars more than the price discussed in March with the salesmen. I called the finance company to discuss this. They said they had a contract which I had signed on June 17..... I had NEVER received a contract from either the store or the finance company. They mailed me the contract and I was shocked to discover that my signature from my sales receipt had been copied and pasted into a contract that was dated 3 months after I had purchased the furniture!!! ...read more

The individuals at Model Home Furniture do not return calls. I purchased a table from them and I have been waiting for the table for over 5 weeks. I called and they stated that it will be delivered the following week and they will call me once it arrives. I am still waiting for a call or my table. They seem to always use the excuse that the item was on back order. I will never purchase anything from them again. Stay away from this company. ...read more
