they don't even deserve a star. Bought food and fried mushrooms last night. Around 2am we got sick and we are still sick today went up there to complain and the manager Fred didn't even care or even offer an apology. He said he didn't care and the customers are not right at my store. I wanted my money back and he didn't even care at all. He was stone cold and I recommend you stay away from this restaurant, this was my first experience with them NEVER AGAIN! ...read more
Pin Oak Park Apartments of Katy

I am so very disappointed in the Landlord of this complex. Ann Shipp showed no concern in the problems of this complex and less concern for her tenants. Told me flat out if I was not happy as far as she was concerned I could just move out. The landlord is one of the poorest landlords I've ever had to deal with. I ask one time in a year to please fix a problem and she said when she gets good and ready and didn't really care rather we liked it or not. I bet it won't take long for her complex to be empty as I understand there are many complaints that she shows no concern for. I really don't understand such rude, thoughtless people who care about only themselves. What a shame, Katy people sure have changed as this would have never happended just a short few years ago. Where are those caring friendly true Texans I once knew. Shame on you Ann Shipp and hope you truely reap what you sow. ...read more

Why Should Precision Calibration Measurements Be A Priority?
Would you like if a product that promised 200 grams of ingredients in it is actually containing 100 grams only? It is termed as unscrupulous and entitled to a punishment or penalty. Similarly, a calibration of an equipment should hold as a matter of extreme importance. Inaccuracies lead to distorted results and wrongful outcomes. Therefore, theprecision calibration measurementsshouldn’t hold up anywhere. And, the standard organizations ensure it for free and fair measurements. The two objectives of calibration of a measuring instrument include: Measurement traceability Instrument’s accuracy levels One cannot negotiate on these terms, especially if they have to achieve high-quality and precision results in the end. Are failing accuracy-levels a common phenomenon? Of course! Over the time when an instrument suffers apparent wear and tear, it goes out of calibration and needs to be calibrated again. The inaccuracies could also occur due to mechanical and electrical shocks in an intermittent fashion. Hence, the overall idea is to get an accurate measuring instrument for ensuring a product’s desirable quality after thorough improvements. What are the timings to recalibrate? If specified by the manufacturer, one may take up the issue of calibration or else, it is beneficial to calibrate in regular periods (monthly, quarterly or annually). In another case, if the measuring instrument faced any exposure to electrical or mechanical shocks, then it may require a calibration. With the help of a static calibrator equipment, it’s rather easier to configure the inaccuracies and bring in the desirable calibrations on the measuring instrument. ...read more

How To Eliminate The Mechanical and Electrical Runout Based Errors?
Both have a significant impact on Eddy Probe Measurements. You already know that the errors caused by both of them can’t be removed. However, there’s a way how the measurement errors can be removed during the testing or calibration process. What’s an electrical runout and how it’s caused? For the uninitiated, an electrical runout occurs when a rotating shaft suffers displacement due to the variations in the magnetic and electrical properties of the target material – an alloy. The Eddy Probe measurements could go wrong due to the apparent displacement and therefore, changes the distance measurement readings. What can the test results be corrected? Once a technique is applied thatEliminates Electrical Runout, the distorted figure gets corrected. It can be done during the calibration or testing process. Moreover, the additional digital equipment helps in achieving accurate results. What is a mechanical runout? If a shaft or tool of a mechanical system doesn’t comply with the axis line and there’s an apparent inaccuracy, it is said to have a mechanical runout. It is the eccentricity with which the shaft rotates causes the runout. An improvised version of correcting the runout errors may help the matter to settle. It is the method which eliminates mechanical runout without extreme application of variations in judgment. A static calibrator in its finest condition would figure it out perfectly. One should ensure that the calibrator doesn’t suffer from the rough management during shipping and handling. Otherwise, it would yield erroneous results. ...read more
