This company has been extremely unhelpful concerning a return I am trying to make. It is a large item, and return shipping will cost more than the item purchase itself. I have asked them repeatedly for help, but they refuse to help in any way, or even advise me about return shipping, making it impossible for me to send the item back to them. Hello. This is going to sound ridiculous but...I purchased a passenger side headlight for a 2000 Saturn LS1 in April 2013. I did not need it until I needed to renew my brake sticker which is April 2014. The light you sent me was in my shed in the box the whole year, unopened. My son opened it a couple of days ago and it is totally the wrong part. I took a picture of my headlight on my car and held the headlight you sent me and you can see it is the wrong one. Is there a remote possibility of me sending you back this headlight and you sending me the correct one? As the name of the site indicates, the main product offered is auto and truck a/c compressor parts and all or most auto air conditioning related parts. I started selling on eBay. My a/c part business has been very successful on ebay.
