We have done comparison pricing with several mobile fingerprinters in the Dallas area and have found that Jay at ACS Mobile Notary is consistently the best price and value for us. We have used him numerous times for our brokers and his professionalism and consistency is 5 stars! I highly recommend him over any of his competition in the DFW area. ...read more

I'd have to say, Neal Stout's company slogan "Above Standard Service at Below Standard Rates" fits him like a glove! Neal came out to fingerprint 20 of my staff members and was very professional and efficient. He will be handling all of our future fingerprinting and notary needs. After a careful comparison, he also gave us the best rates for fingerprinting a group our size. I highly recommend Neal Stout for fingerprinting. Mark S. - Plano. ...read more

Fingerprinting and Notary Services in Irving, Dallas, and Fort Worth
Hello and thank you for visiting our blog site. Budget Fingerprinting&Notary; (www.BudgetFingerprinting.com) is a DFW Mobile Services company located at 1226 N. Belt Line Rd. in Irving, TX 75061.We offer ink based fingerprinting on FD-258 fingerprint cards in our Irving office or at your location. We also offer Texas Notary Public services. We are Certified Experts and take pride in our work. How and why was this company founded? In 2008, owner Neal Stout, saw an opportunity to help people obtain fingerprinting for background checks in a professional office or in the convenience of their own home or office. The local police departments only fingerprint for the citizens of their city, only during certain hours or on certain days of the week, and they do not supply fingerprint cards. The police also do not offer mobile services and they do not fingerprint large groups of people all at once. We make it much easier for the public because we offer everything to the public that the police stations don't and that is how/why we formed our company.Fingerprinting for background checks is done for a wide variety of reasons: Immigration for Visas, pre-employment background checks, FINRA for financial professionals, FDIC contractors, government contractors, children mentorship programs, cencus bureau applicants, mortgage professionals, nursing licenses, legal name changes and more.We notarize most types of documents. The documents must be complete and all document signers must be present with their drivers license or other goverment issued I.D.This is all we do and we take our business very seriously. Our fingerprint classification rate is extremely low, under 1%. We always reprint at no charge if prints are ever returned by the authorities as unclassifiable. In most cases, a minimum of 2 cards per person is submitted to the FBI for a comparison because fingerprinting is a manual process. Some reasons for prints being returned are: ridges are wearing away on aging fingertips or on fingertips subjected to a lot of manual labor, too much lotion or natural oils on fingertips, or possibly the fingerprinting technician used too much or not enough ink to roll quality fingerprints.Again, thank you for visiting our blog site.
