Be careful when you look at apartments here. They'll show you one of the aprtments in front then lease you one in the back. They have major foundation problems and the back apartments have a horific tilt. Feels like the building could fall down anytime. At the end of the lease, I failed to stop the automatic rent payment so they received the full amount. 4 months and I still have not received the amount they owe me. I've had to sue them in small claims court to get my $600. It could take 5 to 7 months to get my money back. They did not give my security deposit back. Their reason: the counters tops were dirty and the the carpet needed vacuuming. Both lies! Do not rent an apartment here!!!! ...read more

Good or bad, decisions are based on priority needs and as your bill descends the top ten priority list, only memory will get your bill paid this paycheck.How do you improve their memory? Put a systematic follow up procedure in place. B to B commerce: Monthly revenues and/or collected receivables pay the monthly expenses and net profit is anything left over.Outstanding receivables? As a business owner, this cash flow hardship becomes an additional responsibility for some employee's plate. An inhouse cost effective and systematic follow up procedure must be in place. The problem: Most businesses put outstanding receivables as a low priority as witnessed above by making it an additional responsiblity for an employee.
