Very upset with this bank. I have banked here ever since I was 18 years old. Long time customer! They called me on the 9th in the middle of the day to tell me that there was a $0.73 charge that tried to post to my account and that they closed my debit card ... Thanks, I guess?!! They told me they would send me a new card that would be here in 7-10 business days. Ummm ok is there any way I can get one quicker? No, unless I wanted to pay $66 to get one in 3 days? $66 for something that wasn't my fault? No thank you. WELL, it has now been 20 days and I still have NO DEBIT CARD. I called the offices and asked again if somehow this fee could be waived so I can have a card this week. NO WE CANNOT WAIVE THE FEE but we can reissue a card to you and you should have it in 7-10 business days?! Not again! This process is ridiculous for something that was not even my fault. Last week I had a question regarding a life policy on my father which Mother had taken out years ago. I asked Crystal if I could come by for her advice, and she replied that I most certainly could. That morning I ran up there and she looked over my paperwork, and decided we should get Jathan's opinion. Jathan was also very gracious about helping me, and even called the other insurance agent to ask questions for me! I can't tell you how much it means to have a people like you, Crystal and Jathan to help me. I appreciate you all more than I can express.
