Mr. Smith advised my mother to put a large portion of their savings into a fund. At the time my mother was 71 years old, 5 years later, with failing health, she has contacted Mr. Smith about cashing out this investment only to find the investment will keep 40% of the value. It seems to me Mr. Smith has an obligation to keep a person of that age out of a fund with this large of a load.....I will not and advise other not to invest with an agent with sort of a moral conscience. ...read more
