I called all around Humble,Tx for pricing on colored flyers. They beat Office Max by ten cents a page and Staples by twenty cents a page! So I drop by unannouced and am greeted without wait. I was there for less than five minutes and a lot of that was spent talking, they are so friendly! And helpful with advice as well. He told me all sorts of ways to get my flyer to "pop". I felt like they really cared if my business suceeded. Why would I ever stand in line to be treated like a number when I can go to Minute Man and have someone treat me like I have more value than just my pocketbook? did not make it past the phone call. They (whoeveranswered the phone) made me feel as if I had interupted their dinner time. Though I was calling a business. More like a residence, offered no information, and did not carry any of what I had asked for. very very dry! Customer Service is not their strong point!! ...read more
