I will no longer be shopping at dollar tree b/c of the service I received there and the things I have witnessed. Last year two workers got into an argument on the floor. The manager Myrtle chased a customer and screamed at them. I saw her do the same thing at workers. The store is generally a mess. I heard she got dozens of complaints but nothing has been done about it. I saw another woman in a suit come in speaking with her, I was told by one of the workers that the woman was the District Manager, Myrtle's manager. Her attitude was bad; a woman tried to compliment them on the store and she ignored the customer. I was also present when this District Manager was in the office with Myrtle on speaker phone with an employee yelling and acting wild. I am now assuming that this is just a standard mentality within your organization and I can no longer support an organization that does not respect the very people that support them or mistreat their workers. i was un happy with the service in the store and the woman MYRTLE who was very rude and not help full at all (and she could use some attention to hygene) i called the store later to make a complaint and the woman who answered was myrtle and was once again rude knew why i was calling said she was the manager and wld not let me speak and hug up the phone that was about an hour ago and the phone is now off the hook still ...read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I called them to take my broken Ps3, and they answered the first time right away. I drop it off on tuesday and they said they would call me by the end of day to tell me what the problem was, but I never got a phone call. I call them close to 5 pm and they tell me the technician has not looked at it and they will call me back in 10 minutes. 30 minutes go by and no one calls me so I attempt to call them. I called them about 10 times in a row and no one answers. I grabbed my wifes phone and called and they answer on the first try. The girl tells me the technician left and they will not be able to look at it til the next day. I get no call on wednesday, so I call them on thursday and once again I call about 10 times before anyone ever picks up, and then I get the run around about the technician hasn"t got to fixing it yet and that he will call me in 30 minutes. Once again I get no call from anyone, so I call friday and when they finally answer the girl tells me the technician will be out til monday and the playstation is not fixable. I go to pick up my playstation on saturday and while I am there, there is 2 girls working, I am the only one inline and the phone rings.
