I would give them a negative star rating if possible. I have mailed several packages and something always goes wrong with them. Either never delivered. Packaged damaged and items stolen. Extremely poor service. Tried to use a coupon, first told not an option then "repriced" my package to reflect coupon. Very shady and untrustworthy establishment. The "manager" was so rude. They lost my $20k check that was sent CERTIFIED and then he had the audacity to be rude to me. Do not ever mail anything of importance from here. ...read more
