Me dirijo a usted de la manera mas atenta puesto que se me a presentado un problema con sus empleado (Óscar). El 19 de julio del 2014 acudí a sus instalaciones en 6803 N. Sheperd Houston, TX 77091 en el cual nos atendió su empleado (Óscar ) y después de haver comprado algunas partes de carro nos ofreció que podía proporcionarnos una transmisión revendiada para una Ford Explorer 2002 por la cantidad de $950.00 + taxas en total fue una cantidad de $1028.38 dollares a la cual nos prometio una garantia de 3 meses, a lo cual aceptamos y después de 3 semanas por fin nos entrego la camioneta y cuando cuando la usamos a los dos días la camioneta no sirvió mas pues no aceptaba ninguna velosidad y nos vimos obligados a encargar la camioneta en casa de una amiga a quien estábamos visitando y hablamos inmediatamente a Óscar y prometio mandarnos la reca enseguida y hasta después de dos días se digno a ir por ella y otra vez la llevo a su taller y una semana después nos volvió a entregar la camioneta y de nuevo volvió a fallar de la transmisión y ahora el nos dice que el no es el dueño y el tiempo de la garantía esta corriendo y nosotros solo queremos que nos devuelva el dinero ho que acceda a llevar nuestra camioneta con un especialista de transmisiones puesto que su mecánica no es competente en esa área a lo cual el insiste en volver a llevar la camioneta a sus mismas instalaciones con su mismo mecánico a lo cual creo que volvería a ser un horror y perdida de tiempo para las dos partes.ago constar que yo Hugo blanco me gustaría poder hablar directamente con usted para poder llegar a un acuerdo ya que Óscar solo me da evasivas y le a entregado mi mensaje. These people will rob you blind and them laugh in you face when your left with a non working car after paying them over $1,000 for a repair. They knowlingly install unsable parts and then claim your out of warranty after only 7 days. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and then I will file with the Attorney General's office.
