Photos turned out great, photographer was great with our kids and really made great pictures. That is where the good experience ended. The prices are outrageous. The selection of options was thin. No digital options available. You have to pick up the proofs then take them back. Then go back and pick up the pictures. Then the photos take 4-6 weeks to develop. Who has time for all of this? i came in and they didnt even want to bother with me. i asked if i can get a package list so i can bring home to look at and they said that i can only look in the studio bc they dont give out thier package price. (?) how are consumers suppose to compare prices and find deals? overall bad experience and i only stayed there for 5 minutes. ! they didnt even look at me when talking! rude and unprofessional. ...read more
