Usamos este servicio por barato, pero salio mucho mas caro, los autobuses estan sucios, incomodos, huelen mal, los empleados son despotas y en la frontera hacen al chofer que levante una colecta para sobornar la aduana, y que no revisen el equipaje por que ellos llevan mucha paqueteria y asi los pasajeros pagan y luego hacen una segunda colecta para los malitos como ellos los llaman para que no nos molesten y esta segunda colecta es obligatoria. Got 6 tickets from Chicago to Karachi. He sold us a flight whose DATE (not time) of departure moved to another day. This huge changed was not communicated to us. We got to the airport according to the actual date and found out there was no flight. Next one did not leave for two more days. When we called him, he was most condescending. He told us that he was doing us a favor even picking up our call on a Sunday instead of reassuring us in such a huge event. He did not help us find a hotel. At one point he said "This is America, go outside and find a hotel yourself". Aside from all that, he did not reimburse us for the hotel, food, and two day loss in our trip.
