As far as the process goes, you get wrapped (your entire body, legs to arms). They do give you the option as to whether or not you want your chest and bottom wrapped - I opted not to since I am definitely not trying to lose any additional inches in these specific areas along my weight loss journey! Truth be told, I am trying to keep everything I've got in those places. Being a tall, Cuban girl.. I will always proudly rock my Latina curves, that's for sure! The wrap bandages are soaked in a special solution with a number of rejuvenating minerals like sea weed and chalk. Once you're all wrapped, you lay down in the Infrared Sauna blanket for a total of 45 minutes. You have to drink plenty of water during the whole process so you don't dehydrate yourself. Your body will be detoxing for three days after. I was also told not to shower or work out for 8 hours after my wrap. Personally, the Infrared Body Wrap experience was just a bita TOO hot for me, making it hard to relax and get comfortable. I wouldn't do it again. Although, I really enjoyed the immediate benefits of softer skin and 8 cumulative inches lost! I would recommend this specific service to those that are able to handle the heat and have enjoyed sauna experiences in the past. The business is located in an office building which is locked on the weekends. It may be tricky if no one is there or if you happen to be the earliest appointmenta scheduled that day. I arrived early and had to wait outside the building, then the office suit door for someone to arrive. Lan was really nice. Although, we forgot to take my before pictures and she forgot to tell me to ring the bell in case I needing anything or got too hot in the infrared sauna - this would of really made my experience a whole lot better. I would definitely be interested in going back for a different type of wrap service or the airbrush tanning, for sure.
