The Right Step - Alcohol & Drug Treatment

These people do NOT communicate with you at all. When questions are asked they look at you like you are stupid. I wish I could say they helped my brother but that was not the case. They did not listen to any concerns of the family and as to why he was there and they just let him be. We went for a visit and they say us down and asked why we sent him there and we explained and the counselor tried to tell us we were the problem and they didn't think he needed to be there. We pulled him out to place him in another facility. They drug tested him and he was dirty. He was in the "right step" for 3 weeks and we drive him straight from them to the other one please tell me how these people thought he did NOT belong when he was high the entire time. Qualified is a fat stretch for the so called right step. Thanks for not helping and your nurses need the help. They look more messed up than one. ...read more
