I have to concur with the other reviewer. I called this man for an estimate. He left an estimate on the door the following morning. I liked what I had seen and called him back right away. I noticed he didn't answer the phone but he did that initially so no big dead. I left a message and noticed after five hours, he didn't return my phone call. Didn't take a rocket science for me to figure out the type of job and dollar amount was not worth his time. Signs of the economy easing off for some time, eh. When a company can twiddle their thumbs, pick and decide who they want to service based on the most money. Also, its funny how the same guy picks the phone up so fast when I called from a few different numbers. He obviously failed that test REAL QUICK!? Sad! Glad there are so many other companies who would love to have that job........BUT I CAN SAY THIS... I am glad he gave me early on warnings that he WOULD BE NOTHING BUT A NUISANCE AND A PROBLEM. After having our CPA from Zientek handle our tax form, the IRS made errors and sent us a bill for nearly $800. When I took this back to the company, my CPA had gone to another firm and has a no-compete clause. Zeintek did not handle the issue. They just told me to pay the extra money, with excuses I didn't see as valid. I had to take my records to a different accountant to get the issue resolved - no help from Zeintek. We did not owe the money, and if we had owed it, it would have been an error made by them. Al Zeintek told me he would call me to go over it and never did. They left us hanging. ...read more
