Having not been to an auction before, I was impressed with how easy everything actually came together. The lady at the front counter was very helful getting me registered and by the time I left my bids were sealed and I felt so much more informed about the process. Although my bids did not win on the pair of earrings I really wanted, I did get a very nice jade neckless for a fraction of what I would have paid at Macy's.
