Rude manager! Took an alternator to their business to be matched up and when I received it, the part was wrong and they charged me the initial freight and then a restocking fee. Told me that was company policy and that there is always a chance that the part can be wrong. If I hadn't taken the old part to be matched up, I would have been more understanding, but they had what I needed in their hands. Ended up costing me $37 for NOTHING.
