Was double billed for a single order. Was told my yard sign order would arrive by the end of the week. Two weeks after placing my order and still have not received my order. When I call and speak to a rep, all I get is we are sorry and we will send an email with a tracking number. To which I have never received. I teach business mgmt classes to high school students so at least I can use this experience as a teaching opportunity to others on how not to run a customer based business. Definitely not the case here! With freshly baked cookies and sponge cakes wrapped beautifully, one thing you can be sure of is that they aren’t going to waste! Specials Some things deserve a special mention. Here are a few items that stand out from among the myriad of gorgeous arrangements that the shop provides: New Baby Birth Announcement Boxes These boxes are truly a treat to look at. Why I feel they deserve to be mentioned especially is due to the unique arrangement. This is one category I’m a huge fan of! You don’t always have to have a reason to express your admiration and love for the people in your life, and this category caters to that in a wholesome manner. The Buffalo Boxin particular is really wonderful as it contains an assortment of edible items, while staying true to their roots. The items included are a combination of sweet and savory items like milk chocolates, sponge sticks (made in-house), wing sauce, mustard and others. This box too is packed tastefully and incorporates a message card. Sympathy Collection The people behind the scenes atPark Edge Sweet Shoppereally care about being available for the customers, as is evident from their sympathy collection. Shops usually cater to festivities and occasions, but what about expressing basic human empathy? The sympathy collection definitely has you covered with softly decorated boxes which can speak volumes to those who need it, show them someone cares when they’re down.
