Fun and creative activity that includes drinking. I have been here already 3 times. Saturday afternoon classes are a few dollars cheaper than the evening ones. The instructor was lively and moved pretty quickly but it was great! ...read more

Hobby Lobby

I GIVE THIS PLACE 1 STAR SINCE I CAN NOT GO LOWER THAN THAT. We just spent almost $1,000 at their store for just 1 day. We bought a 12' tall Christmas tree, but when we got home 2 part of the tree did not fully lighted. We spent hours and hours to figured out what was wrong with it. We finally got 1 part fixed. However, we couldn't figured out what went wrong with the other part . We then decided to bring back just the part even though we clearly know these people normally required original boxes. This comes in 2 huge boxes which were barely fixed in my car. This was why we just want to take back 1 problem part and hopefully will get it exchanged instead of exchange the whole 2 boxes. PLUS, since we already checked out all parts to make sure they were working alright. We don't want bring back another tree after an exchange with the same problem and have to go through all that again... then, what's going to happen? Bring back and forth the tree again? That's such a waste of time and very inconvenient. All business always promise to provide 100% customer satisfaction, but this Hobby Lobby will not. The manager firmly asked for the original box and not a bit be understanding or at least trying to. I know they have to return the tree to the manufacture with the boxes, but what make a different by just open 1 box at their store, exchange the problem part, then send back that in-store open box to satisfy their customer needed? I then asked for his supervisor, and he's SILLY enough to tell me he's supervisor. I asked for HIS supervisor. I didn't ask for the store supervisor. This guy has to work under somebody unless he's owner of over 400 or so Hobby Lobby stores. He kept saying it's the policy, but he did not follow the policy by wearing his name tag. What's kind of the manager is that. However, I have to thanks that manager by giving his customer a hard time with 0% satisfaction. We then find out at WALMART they sell 12' tall Christmas tree with much cheaper price: 12' slim Christmas tree for ONLY $248, and a 12' tall 68'' wide ONLY $348 compare to Hobby Lobby with 50% marked down still almost $450 (the original was almost $900). I will search around to compare those items that we bought at Hobby Lobby on the same day. We might return them all. No extra bonus for the store as well as that manager. I recommend you do some research around before let that 50% OFF tag fooling you at Hobby Lobby. ...read more
