Before going here, you really have to decide if you want to deal with a revolving number of vets & vet techs. The owner of this clinic can't seem to keep the same people for more than a year or so. Makes you wonder why. I've had good, bad & mediocre service here depending on who's on call. The owner (which operates out of their Champions Northwest location reccomended $700.00+ of tests to determine what type of skin condition our dog had. We went to another vet (where we still go) and they did a simple skin test, which gave them the info they needed. We statrted a medication immediately and the condition has been treated successfully ever since. The vet we use now has only two vets, one who is the owner and the other who has been there several years. The Jones Road operation is similar to the dentists and eye doctors in town that use their name or brand name, but you never see the owner/doctor. You see the fresh out of grad school newbies, that are testing their new diplomas out on you (or in our case, our pet)! No thank you! ...read more
