NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH THESE IDIOTIC PEOPLE! I THINK THIS PERSON I DEALT WITH WAS DAISY, OR ONE OF THE OTHER MANAGEMENT TEAM THEY ACCUSE ME OF MISSING A PAYMENT, AND LEAVING ME ON HOLD EXTREMELY FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.TELLING ME MY ACCOUNT WAS'NT THE ONLY ONE THEY MESSED UP. HOW PROFESSIONAL IS THAT??? I PURCHASED A DODGE RAM 1500 2003 PICK UP. I ALWAYS KEPT MY RECEIPTS AND ALL PAPER WORK AND PAYMENTS CURRENT TO ADVANCED AND FULL FILLED ALL THE CONTRACTIAL AGREEMENTS. RECENTLY I WAS INVOLED IN A VEHICAL ACCIDENT ON JULY 28, 2014, THIS FINANCE COMPANY TOLD ME THAT I WAS A GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER AND THEY ARE GOING FIND A WAY TO HELP WITH REPLACING MY VEHICAL, OR HAVING MY CURRENT VEHICAL FIXED AND HAD NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. APPROXIMATELY 2 SOMETHING WEEKS AGO, THEY CALLED TELLING ME AND URGING ME TO HURRY AND SIGN THE POWER OF ATTORNEY AND SAYING; "WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU" EXACT WORDS! I SAID TO THEM THAT I NEED MY TRUCK AND MY TRUCK IS A MAJOR SOURCE OF MY INCOME, AND I REALLY NEED IT. ALSO I ASKED WHAT ABOUT ANOTHER VEHICAL AND ADDING THE REMAINING BALANCE TO A DIFFERENT VEHICAL AND CARRY ON THE NOTES FROM THERE? THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN'T ACCEPT ANYMORE NEW ACCOUNTS AND THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME. I SAID "WOW" YOU MEAN YOU GUYS NOT TRYING TO MAKE ANY MORE MONEY? THEN THEY SAID WE'll CALL BACK AND NEVER DID! SO BE VERY CAREFULL DEALING WITH SHOW ROOM AUTO SALES, OR ANY OTHER COMPANY TIED TO IDS (INDEPENDENT DEALER SERVICES).
