DO NOT USE ELECTRIC NOW! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS. They tried to say I used $40 worth of electricity in 2 days when I shut off my breaker and only left on the refrigerator and was out of town. It would be wise to NEVER use them as your provider. They came and disconnected my services before any of their payment locations were even open. All this after I tried to pay with my debit card and they took the payment and never came to reconnect my services and when I called back to get an update on my acct and they literally had me on hold for 68 minutes before anyone answered my call then they put me on hold several more times for several minutes at a time. Not one time did they have me on hold less than 15 mins or apologize. All of this for them to tell me and argue me down (a rep named Derrick) that I had never made a payment with them all while I'm telling him that they took the payment out of my acct. and that it's showing on my bank statement. He tells me he would be happy to take a payment over the phone to reconnect my services. He basically calls me a liar and forces me to call my bank on my nearly-dead phone that had a full charge when I initially called them 3hrs earlier that day.
