One star is too much, 0 star is the best rank I can offer. When the store suddenly (overnight) left her retail shop on Hwy 377 none of my jewelry was returned to me. She was called several times and written a letter to let her know that I would pick up the jewelry. She never responded. She still has over $500.00 worth of retail jewelry merchandise that has not been made available to me. I believe this is called theft of merchandise. Whenever my son needs clothes I dont like going to fort worth. We will go everywhere in Granbury Bealls, Rue 21, etc and never find anything. I always end up going to U Turn and it never fails they have something he loves to wear and they have great customer service. They always help me find the sizes I need and if they dont have it they offer to order it.
