I bought a DrainKing with a year warranty, I said I used it in a 4" claean out, after trying to get my money back the warranty was voided because of 4" pipe. My husband said," It`s a 3" pipe I measured it before I bought it! WELL H7D said we have to use your first STORY OF 4"..I have faxed them a picture of a 3"clean out with a yardstick measuring it! I called the company that make3s it.. wow.. they cant believe they are not standing by the POLICY A" THAT SAYS RETURM MONEY TO COSTUMER, WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY".I have faxed a copy of the picture they will NOT RETURN MY CALLS..WANTED TO TALK TO DAVID..
