We stored our RV at Blue Agave. They advertise a minimum of 1 month rental period. Because we did not want to write a check each month, we paid for a six month period. We were told if our house sold during the six month period, rent for the periods not used would be rebated. Our home did sell and we requested a rebate for the six weeks the RV spot was not used. We were promised repeatedly, repeatedly the refund check is in the mail. It is now two months later and promises are still being made with no check in the mail. I used Bouffard Transfer and was very pleased with the professionalism, care, and just plain heart that their employees showed. They were always respectful yet easy to chat with, didn't mind that I rearranged a piece or two after it was placed, and they took the time to do it right and do it safely.
