Shopped here many, many times. It is true that many times the store is very busy but the employees are willing to talk to you and discuss your needs. DOWN RIGHT NASTY SERVICE!! I literally just got off the phone with someone there and I asked them if they bought police equipment. And the guy one the phone said "NO we don't buy used equipment." I told him that I never said anything about it being used. And he continued to tell me NO. I asked for the manager and he said sure and then he hung up on me....I am currently trying to get ahold of the HQ to talk to someone about it but for everyone else.
