Bay Front Escape

Love this place, I would highly recommend it to anyone. Very clean, comfortable and plenty of activities for the family in the home as well as outside. They had movies, board games, game room with pool table, foosball, ping pong. My kids were in heaven and so was I, since they were playing games and not bother me. I'll be back again next year for sure! ...read more

Bay Front Escape

5.0

By David Mann

First off let me just say, what great customer service Bay Front Escape has. I rented back in January and the owners had their reps email me to follow up on my stay. I like that they remember who their customers are for future reference and they even offered a promotion price for future stays. That prompted me to leave a review because I know I don't buy, rent or do anything over the internet unless there are reviews. This house was decorated great. They even had "men" chairs in the living room. I pretty much sat in those green chairs to watch Tv every night there. The foosball table was a nice touch. I felt like I was in college again, only minus the gray hair. The rooms were clean and the bunk beds were perfect for the kids. Everything felt like quality furniture and bed spreads. Most places I have rented before looked like someone put their garage sale items in there, but this place is nice. If you go to Pointe West, look at Bay Front Escape. ...read more

Islander East Condominiums

4.0

By scotterb at Citysearch

We have stayed at the Islander east numerous times over the years, and although they have been inconsistent at times we consider this to be the best value rental condo on the island provided you know what to ask for. Stay away from the efficency units, they are very small and cramped even for two people, spend the extra few bucks for the one or two bedroom unit, you will be much more confortable and much happier with the value for the money. During the booking process, always ask for a unit on the highest available floor. The higher the floor, the better the view. Get too low, and you may get a view of a palm tree. It is best to make your reservation directly through the front desk rather than a travel site, and ask if they have any delux upgrades. Each unit is individually owned so some are fabulously decorated and furnished while others are much more conservitive (The front desk staff knows which is which) Also, they greatly exagerate how many people each unit will comfortably sleep, one bedroom means ONE bed, the rest sleep on pull outs so if you expect a great nights sleep get the larger unit. ...read more
