I specifically ordered from these clowns because of their good reviews (on google) and because they ensured delivery before 12:00 noon. My wife works part time and I wanted to be sure she received her flowers before she left for the day. I call to confirm delivery at 11:45 and come to find out..... "they are on truck and will be there in 15-20 minutes". ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I waited to see if they would make it before she left for the day. Guess what? They didnt. I made a specific request before placing my order IN PERSON and you ensure it will be delivered before the time I needed. YOU FAILED. If you cannot guarantee delivery then simply tell me that. I would have gladly taken my business elsewere. They say on their website "Skai will go out of the way..." to be a giant pain in the rear. I ordered over a $100 arrangement and I get absolutely nothing from it. I will NEVER use this terrible place again. They will be out of business in no time if they keep this garbage up. ...read more

Got my arrangement completely wrong. Tried to call 3 times, email once, and submitted request through their online site. NO RESPONSE. Terrible customer service. Roses were in arrangement after specifying NO ROSES - Client is allergic. Ended up with some ugly florescent daisies more suitable for a sweet 16 centerpiece, not a 40-something yr olds 5 year celebration of surviving breast cancer. Not Happy ...read more
