Dr. was a ref. for a 2nd opinion. I called to make a new patient appt. and the receptionist asked questions I have NEVER encountered in trying to make a consult appt. She offered me a Fri. slot and I accepted, When I tried to explain that I wanted to meet with the Dr. to see if she would be a good fit, I was told "I'll have to get back with you on that." I was shunted & dropped from the phone and only able to reach VM 1x but didn't record. I went to the office to get the appt. time on Fri. - for child care arrangements. No confirmation but a CB came 2 minutes after I left. I was told, "I was able to get my system up for a minute and we have no room for new patients. I don't know when we will. I suggest you seek help somewhere else. Have a nice day." <click> Our Dr referred us & we know she is taking new patients. I have NEVER encountered such behavior & lies - in any office, anywhere. Dr. Bhargava may be good but her staff s AWFUL. They are doing her business damage. ...read more
