The apt is outdated and not energy efficient they have not made it EPA friendly and all the talk about energy you would think they would bring it up to green but since all you can get is coserv its a racket a win win for coserv .. The updates were laying plastic granite over the existing counter tops they did a few cheap updates and you will pay for it in in rent .. They are 15 yrs old and the updates did not update the apts but instead make it look even more outdated .They have a mold issues that their idea of a fix is to paint over it .. The breezeways need to be addressed the concrete looks really bad ..They are a cheap company judging by the cheap upgrades and one that seems to care more for profit than who live there seems to be it would have been better to upgrade to green efficient than what they did do which is a joke..
