Pros: The service has many properties to choose from and their website works great to review them. The staff person also was helpful in narrowing down to what we needed. Cons: Their office is out of the way for returning a key in the morning. Before spending the day in Fredericksburg, one has to drive out and then back to main street. They did not seem too interested when we told them the shower did not work and the bedrooms had no clocks. Free wifi "guest" login at the property (Cora Street Cottage) actually required a hard to find password. They would not allow us to pay separately (3 friends) when checking in without charging a fee for that. We paid high season rates because we stayed one night even though it was the slowest season and mid week. ...read more
