Adventure Travel is a top notch travel agency with wonderful travel agents that sincerely care about your vacation, and take time with you to make sure that your vacation is all that you want it to be. They give you the best deals in the business and they strive for customer service and excellance in everything that they do. I for one have never had a bad experiance at this travel agency and I know I never will. The onwer is friendly and has many years of experiance in the travel industry. If you want quality care then you should book your trip today with Adventure Travel. I don't understand how people can be so hateful, but I can certainly say that I have never experianced anything that this person has claimed to experiance. ...read more

Visited w/Debbie S. Wanted nonstop flights, decided on trip, but told her & partner, Billie, needed to check hotel reviews on Trip Advisor. Both VERY rudely told me to stay off TA. Twice while talking to DS others came into office. Both times while in mid sentence w/her, she had lengthy conversations w/them & ignored us without excusing herself, asking them to wait, or letting me finish my questions. Later noticed flight home was 3 hours longer than flight there. Airline’s site listed it as 1 stop but didn’t specify whether layover or plane change (DS said both flights nonstop). Credit card auth ready to fax to RT. Called next day to ask about flight. Called 6 times, got answering machine. Left 2 voicemails & sent email. Never heard from them. Next day, called twice & sent 2nd email. Finally called another very helpful travel agent & decided to book trip w/her. Now 2 days later, cost of trip went up $400. We cancelled our plans.
