Hello There.. Just wanted to drop a few lines. Mainly this is for a person named Scott.. So I will write this assuming that Scott will be reading.. Scott, I called you Christmas eve to ask questions about the 4wheeler you had listed on Craigslist the night before.. You answered my questions just fine, and explained that if I wanted to make a deal to drive down in person and give the 4wheeler a look over. Being that it was Christmas eve and having to run my own business I had a lot on my plate that day. Never the less I figured you had what I wanted . So in my mind it was a done deal. I didn't figure there where that many people out there willing to drop a couple thousand dollars on a kids 4wheeler… So I went out to get started knocking tasks off my list.. Keeping in mind along the way that I was going to work a deal on the 4wheeler you had. You had the 4wheeler listed for 2,100 dollars.. So I knew in my mind that even if I couldn't talk you in to a deal. I knew that 2,100 dollars is what I would have to pay if I wanted the 4wheeler… So worst case ,,thats what I would have to pay.. So upon arrival ,, I was relieved.. Walking in I was pleased that there where no customers that I would have to wait for, 4 service .. So when you asked me what you could help me with and I explained that it was the honda 4 wheeler that I was inquiring about… The first thing out of your mouth was,,,, well Im sorry Sir. But the price I listed on add was incorrect .. If you want the 4wheeler its gonna cost you 150 dollars more than what I listed on add.. I was so perplexed I really didn't know what to say or do. Have never talked to someone about something @ a place of business and then get there,,, and them up the price.. About as un professional as you can get.. I had the dollars to still purchase.. @ that point it was not about dollars,,, it was about principle … Being perplexed with the whole situation,, including waisting over 2 hours of my time about thirty dollars in fuel.. We turned around and walked out.. Being that I was not going to be taken advantage of like that…. So we went on to the next task in a very uptight mood…. Thanks to your Professional skills… You lost a cash sale, and a future customer…. Thankfully y'all are a Corporate Co and can afford to just turn away business… So there you go….
