I am very disappointed in the service I received from Great Tans. I was a happy customer, friendly staff, efficient, etc. But when I encountered a problem, the owner refused to let me finish my membership. Since she only let me use 3 of my 4 weeks, I just simply requested my money back for the remainder. She not only refused, but called me a liar and hung up on me. Wow.
