I do not recommend this place. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Stephanie in particular has a sharp tongue and cant deal with people. She shouldnt be on the frontline. No no no is her answer. No positive attitude at all. I feel Dr. Jill Gramer who is my Mothers Dr. should have at least heard what I had to say about what meds she has given my Mother. According to HIPA she is unable to talk to me about anything in regards to my Mother. Even if it s just me talking to her and her not speaking. The MEDS she is prescribing ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY and it needs to be known! No one there is willing to help in a situation that deals with family medicine. I felt like I was dealing with a teenager talking to Stephanie and Rosalyn. DO NOT GO HERE for your health care! I was hung up on without even being talked to. I recently visited Dr. Curlee and had a rather troubling experience. I was anxious about the appointment and the manner in which Dr. Curlee approached me increased my anxiety level to the point that I could not catch my breath. He was abrupt and rude. I felt that I was imposing on his time and that he did not want to deal with me. This feeling escalated into an anxiety attack and I did not feel that I could continue with the exam. Therefore, I did not complete the appointment and did not get a referral for a specialist that I needed to see. Later, I returned to the office to get my referral, but Dr. Curlee refused leaving me to find another PCP that can give the referral before my already scheduled appointment. ...read more
