Mr. Miller has made me see the error of my ways. I used to think that an unhappy customer had the right to lodge a complaint with the BBB. After I lodged my complaint, Mr. Miller retaliated by contacting other estate sales businesses in Fort Worth and telling them not to deal with me. At first I was upset. After all, shouldn't someone in this business care about helping those who have lost their loved one? Then I realized I was wrong. People in the estate sale business are by definition ghouls. They prey off of the dead. These are people who read the society page to figure out whose rich. Then read the obituary to see if any of these people have died. So I amend my previous review. If a loved one dies, don't find any other estate sale agency. Sell the stuff yourself. The estate sale agents will tell you you can't do it without them. Don't believe it.
