Did not run proper diagnostics. Changed ignition coil unnecessarily. Charged $517 for unnecessary work and inadequate diagnosis. Went to tow my car to another shop. He harassed me by saying that he only took cash even though I had a debit card and checks. The towing guy had to take me to the bank to get cash so I could pay the ransom for my car that was being held hostage. VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL. ...read more
