I agree with the other person that some of the billing practices are a little overboard when you are late on a payment but in my opinion the teachers and other staff way make up for that! My kids have gone here for 4 years and we have experienced nothing but great things when it has come to the teachers! They have all really seemed to genuinely love my children, and my children have loved them! The staff has always taken the time to talk to me anytime I have had a question about anything. It is also very comforting that when I walk into the school most of the staff know my children by name. There is also very little turnover in teachers each year which is very comforting to me and my children! There is sooooooooooooooooo much I could say about this place that is negative! Aggressive students that they do not keep other children safe from, director and administrators that DO NOT listen to parents' concerns! It seems that this "Christian" child care facility is in the business to make $$$$ not in the business of taking care of the kids in the way they should. Save yourself time, money, and a HUGE heart-ache and head-ache DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN here! The upper management seems to "remember" conversations wrong...funny that the way they "remember" the conversations keeps them out of legal issues. It got so bad that I notified the head pastor of what was happening. Didn't hear anything back from him either....hummm??? Don't risk it with them....they are NOT easy people to deal with when push comes to shove and you have concerns. They only want your money! ...read more
