I give this place NO STARS! I went to have my oil changed 10/19/11, the techs tried to upsell me to the tune of $152...fast-forward to 11/28/11...I took my car to the dealership only to find that someone had put oil in my cooling system. Auto Excel was the last place to have touched my engine....I went to them to ask if they could remedy the situation. The owner commenced to being very Rude to me saying that it was not his fault... He did eventually acquiesce to flush out my cooling system. Then rudely asked me to leave his crappy establishment. ...read more
