My daughter went into this Tiger Mart on 5/19/2012 to get some milk while I pumped gas. She wasn't offered a receipt and she forgot to ask, who knew it would result in being disrespected. When I returned to the store with the bad smelling, bad tasting milk I was told by the manager that if I didn't have a receipt that he would not exchange or refund. I insisted that my daughter just forgot and he had to have it on camera, he just replied that he doesn't take orders from me and I'm probably running a scam. Outrageous! Until this fee started appearing on my debit card account, I would have given this store a good rating. But now, whenever you use your debit card for gas, a $1.00 "Pre-Authorization Fee" is charged in addition to the amount of gas purchased, and it is never refunded once the transaction is authorized and completed.
