I had never sold to a scrap yard before so, I was a little leery due to not so great reviews I read about scrap yards in general. I had originally spoke with a buyer named Jimmy at the CMC-Liberty location in Dallas(I-30@Westmoreland). But due to the fact that they would be closed (Sat hours) by the time I would arrive there, Jimmy referred me to a buyer named John at the CMC-Fort Worth location. I called John and explained to him of the long distance I would be coming to get there. He gave me great directions and assured me that I would arrive in time before the yard closed. Once I arrived John directed me to one of his yard supervisors named Brandon Brown. Brandon walked me right through the process and gave me top dollar for my scrap. The cash-out process was just as easy as the weigh in. Everyone involved there from the scales to the cash-out were complete professionals.
