Until this fee started appearing on my debit card account, I would have given this store a good rating. But now, whenever you use your debit card for gas, a $1.00 "Pre-Authorization Fee" is charged in addition to the amount of gas purchased, and it is never refunded once the transaction is authorized and completed.
