Justice! That’s what I received from a misdemeanor case that was dismissed and handled by Mr. Benson Varghese in Tarrant County Court. I found Benson through AVVO.com. I read the client reviews and the attorney endorsements. I consulted with several attorneys before selecting Benson. I felt very comfortable with my initial consultation with him. I was both impatient and anxious through the whole legal process to prove my innocence. It was refreshing that Benson has a very calm demeanor and resolute manner. I was facing an allegation that I touched a child. I called Varghese, Summerset & Smith, PLLC after talking to a police officer who is a friend. The firm was very professional and understanding. The office was also very good about communication through the client portal and over the phone. They use technology in a very modern way. I always felt there was an easy way to communicate.
