First this company is NOT incorporated. Second, it is NOT a dental lab. The owner is a good enough con that preliminary examinations of the business have passed muster, due in part to the owners charm. For many years teeth whitening gel was sold in 3 strengths at 3 different prices yet all were the exact same gel out of one bucket! Do not be decieved by this company. The product is made of cheap plastic, if they even send it to you. Read the terms and conditions - the do not offer refunds. It states in the terms and conditions that they are only fitting the product to the model made from your teeth. Did you know the owner of the business does not have ANY dentistry experience? His last company was window tinting, now he thinks he can make teeth. Their customer servce representatives will lie to you. It's not worth it. ...read more

Brighter Image Dental Laboratory AKA MSC Development, Inc. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Their marketing campaign is designed to take advantage of you. They do not deliver a useable product. Delivery timelines of merchandise are exaggerated and never met. Customer service representatives are liars and deceivers. If you think your experience with this company will be any different and you decide not to heed this warning, once you are dissatisfied and think you will get a refund of your money well, GOOD LUCK!
