I have been a client of their for the past several years, and I recently realized it is there policy to make fraudulent claims to the insurance companies. The first time it was quickly corrected, but this last time it was not. They coded my visit for something I did not come in for?something that was never even mentioned, and it was not covered by insurance. Now I am getting bills from the lab that I should not have to pay. I have been calling them, my insurance company has been calling them, the lab has called, and even their own billing department cannot get a response. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC.
