VERY POOR service when purchasing glasses and lenses at FM Eye Care. We have purchased 4 sets of glasses from them. When my son needed new lenses and wanted to keep his frames, he paid IN FULL upon ordering them, and a month later still no call about them being in. When he called to find out if they were in, then we were told that the man who puts the lenses in only works T, W, and TH from 10 AM till noon. My son had to take off work to do this and they did not take appointments for this service. On the day he took off work, the lense man only worked from 10 AM till 10:45 that morning. We had to rush to get there and get them in. When I asked if we could get the lenses and take them elsewhere, I was told "No, because nobody else would cut them". BE forwarned, DO NOT order new lenses here. Also we had a pair of glasses that took 3-4 weeks to come in! ...read more

Had to fight for some time to get it back. ...read more
