End of summer, this is the best place to stock up on shorts for next year. Same goes for end of winter and long sleeve shirts. Be very selective though. Although clothes r trendy, some r made with the thinnest cloth material available. \t\n\t\nStore gives out "Rue Bucks" to use on your next visit, but u have to keep track of receipt. Problem is I forfeit my rue bucks if I do not use them during a selected time frame. Rue bucks cannot be used on same day they were earned. \t\n\t\nClothes r trending styles. Cashiers may frighten your toddlers because of strange hair styles or piercings they may have.\t\n\t\nFitting room doors lock automatically when u step out of your dressing room to show husband, mom, dad, boyfriend or whomever is with you how the new outfit looks. You have to fetch a cashier to reopen fitting room Door each time. \t\n\t\nNothing for young kids to do, so this is not the place to shop with young children. ...read more

I have shopped at many Old Navy stores, but I have never, ever received such hideous service as I did from this store today. I had an online return, and the sales associate was way too bothered to assist me. She was annoyed that I didn't have the plastic bags that the clothes were mailed in (she insisted that it is Old Navy's policy to only accept returns still in the bags; of course, that is NOT their policy), and when I told her that I just received the package with the clothes in it last night, she said she couldn't locate the items on the receipt, even after I pointed them out to her. She rolled her eyes at me, said, "whatever!" when I asked her a question, and was generally very rude. When I had finally had enough, I took my stuff and walked out. I drove straight to Old Navy in Grapevine, returned my order with NO problem, and received excellent customer service. It is worth the drive to Grapevine to not have to deal with that kind of nonsense. Flower Mound deserves better! ...read more
