Poor quality community. Poorly managed, cheaply maintained, residents that no longer care of their standard of living (trash and animal waste all over). Staff is not competent or helpful and assess fees that they cannot explain. Hot water is not available sometimes for days at a time. ...read more

Upon move in I notified the leasing office that my washer and dryer were not working. Knowing that this is not an urgent maintenance issue I expected maybe 72 hours, however that turned into 3 weeks all due to a switch that was missing. At the beginning of Jan. 2011, I encountered hot water problems. Resulting in me not having running hot water in any of my faucets, including my shower for almost 2 weeks. After multiples calls to management, only to be informed “they are working on it;” all in all, this entire problem took 6 weeks to rectify with my hot water finally restored in the kitchen last week. The staff was always friendly, but friendly only goes so far when basic things like hot water and washing clothes are not available to you for extended periods of time and no retribution is offered for an excessive inconvenience like the ones I encountered. ...read more
