I walked into the Fiesta food mart in Elsa, TX and the MANAGER let her employee cut in front of me so she could buy lottery tickets and had no remorse. They conveniently forgot their own names. \t\n\t\nThat explains why its always empty!!! The owner hired a bunch a ignorant losers with no business sense or value for customer service. They literally had the "so what are you gonna do about it" attitude. The manager was even smirking the whole time. I thought I was in the twilight zone! I'm still in shock at the audacity.\t\n\t\nWhen I confronted them, I said, "Really? So that's how it is? You're just going to cut in front of a customer?"\t\nThe employee said, "Yeah, that's how it is."\t\nThe manager said, "She didn't even take a minute!" (I was just paying for gas!! Nothing in my hands!)\t\nI said, "That's not the point! Its the principle of the matter. I am an honest paying customer who waited in line!"\t\nThe employee even told me, "Don't come back!" in the same manner you would thank a customer for their service. The sarcasm was suffocating!!! Geeez! They must really hate life!\t\n\t\nI told them I was going to email corporate. The manager just shrugged her shoulders. I just did, and I am going to tell every person in this little town about this situation. EVERYONE!!!!\t\n\t\nNow that I think about it. When I first moved here in 2007, I walked into this same exact store, greeted the cashier and asked her how she was doing (because that's typical protocol in "the friendly state," in case you didn't know!)...She looked me up and down like I was crazy. Didn't even give a verbal response. I just paid and walked out. ...read more
